December Fridays and Saturdays book between March and June. For a weekend date, aim for spring; for a Thursday or an early-December evening, September is still realistic. We hold a few rooms back — call late anyway and we will tell you honestly what is left.
Expect $110 to $180 per person for a standing dinner with bar and DJ, and $180 to $300 for a gala with table service and a stage programme. The package covers venue, catering, bar, décor, AV and staff.
Yes. We provide an RSVP form that collects restrictions, then pass the named list to the caterer. Vegan, gluten-free, halal and kosher options are available and plated individually so nothing gets confused in the room.
We coordinate shuttles from your offices or branches, plus a designated-driver service at the end of the night. Our bartenders are trained in responsible service and we always build a proper non-alcoholic offering.
Regularly. Service anniversaries, excellence awards, testimonial videos and a word from leadership fit into the gala run of show. We prepare the script, the show calling and the stage graphics so every name is announced correctly.
